*Life and Pensions - desirable
*Worked in a financial services marketing department
* Understanding of the financial services market place, and in particular, the needs of frontline sales people
* Appreciation of the needs of different distribution channels
* Working in a sales operations, support or sales team (preferable)
* Process and project management
* Use of digital communications and ability to structure and update web content
