RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creates and executes project change management strategies.
- Contributes to project organizational effectiveness activities (eg department meetings, SharePoint setup and maintenance).
- Develops clear and concise communication for all levels of the business.
- Developing and executing alignment, change enablement, and strategic communication strategies in support of the Global IT organization.
- Ensures alignment and cultivates relationships with key stakeholders within the business and across IT Solutions.
- Communicate and align IT resources on shared goals to ensure a common focus on strategic priorities and drive better business results.
- Create opportunities for dialogue and alignment for IT employees through departmental meetings, offsites, etc.
- Assist with measuring the effectiveness of technology function (focus groups, etc.)
- Create phased, proactive change strategy in support of Mobile, Supply Chain, and POS initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses to understand stakeholder needs and commitment.
- Create and facilitate on-going stakeholder analysis and action plans in support of the change efforts.
- Assist with the development and socialization of processes and protocols for implementing change in support of efforts.
- Create proactive communication strategies to translate overall Plan to Win, and IT Solutions, messages in the context of initiative-specific language.
- Plan and develop strategic messages and communication plans to drive organizational change and specific events.
- Counsel individuals on development of key messages and on effective message delivery.
- Support project teams by reviewing and recommending refinements to direct communication work products.
- Leverage knowledge of communication and the functional area employee mindset to advise and assist functional teams.
- Develop and monitor mechanisms to continually gather feedback from employees on their perceptions related to functional strategic agenda, understanding of strategic direction of IT Solutions, and how they contribute to its success.
- Ensure relevance, consistency, integration, alignment, and appropriate timing of messages across the organization.

SKILLS

5-7 years of experience in organization development, strategic change, consulting or corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal communications. Proven leadership and ability to influence and work with multi-disciplined teams. Demonstrated success leading change and communications for large scale initiatives from start to completion. Previous experience managing executive-level communications on the status of projects. Proven ability to develop and implement change and communication strategy for key initiatives. High level of strategic focus and perspective and tactical ability to deliver. In-depth knowledge of technology and electronic communication strategies and tools. Ability to navigate, orchestrate, and work through complex issues with a strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective.
