Dell are currently working in partnership with a major financial organisation in Canary Wharf, London.

In the support of this large scale transition/deployment project the client is looking for an experienced Communications Co-ordinator.

OVERVIEW

The Communications team is responsible for the management and release of Program Approval communications. This ranges from Initial engagement (DDT) to final sign off. Your role will see you being responsible for the updating of the communications issued and ensuring these have been signed off at Program board level.

You will collate deployments and support the Business Engagement Manager (BEM) community with this process, liaising with different teams within the Program to ensure a smooth migration.

You are also the key point of contact for all users identified for migration by the BEM team, by providing knowledge, information and supporting user's queries and concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will require you to build relationships within all areas of the business to ensure that the departments get the support required. You will also produce management information that will help identify issues and prioritise work improvement ensuring all internal and external customer interaction complies with best practice and behavior guidelines.

The ability to confidently present complicated and detailed information to ALL levels within a corporate working environment are essential to the success of the role. You should be confident and very well presented in order that you can convey the corporate information to your audience in a variety of settings within the overall corporate structure.

You will also be responsible for collating and assessing deployments and Sharepoint document maintenance. This will be in relation to content life cycle, amending proposing new article when suitable to do so.

The role will also require you to understand the requirements of BEM's and provide a solution to meet those needs while managing and setting expectations throughout the program life cycle.

Vital to this role is the ability to plan and ensure all communications are issued at key times of the deployment life cycle while managing escalations, concerns and queries and providing solutions.

Other responsibilities will include the following:

- Issuing data discovery tool and transactional comms
- Keeping track of cancellations
- Arranging re-schedules
- Proposing/Amending/Updating BAU comms
- Informing Business Engagement Managers about out of office users
- Liaison back into the programme, user requirements and rationale for specific user characteristics.
- Managing all questions, queries and concerns from users
- Tracking of user experience during and pre and post deployment.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Candidates will ideally demonstrate a high level of communication and presentation experience.
English Degree is Essential
Previous experience ideally within a financial services company
Previous IT project experience
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
