Communications Change Lead

An exciting opportunity has become available for a STAKEHOLDER AND CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS LEAD to work on this large-scale business transformation program. The role is responsible for designing, implementing and championing Stakeholder and Communications for the program as well as end to end implementation of sustainable communication processes/stakeholder communication and management.

Your background:

- Minimum 10 + years in a similar role.
- Deep experience and demonstrated leadership of business change and transformation programs that met business objectives.
- Design of stakeholder and communication management systems, operating system and mindsets and behavioural change intervention programs that are customer driven and apply lean manufacturing principles to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through stakeholder and communication specialisation on large transformational programs that build organisational capability.
- Significant senior stakeholder management experience across multiple organisation structures and cultures, including government
