Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for an Internal Communications Business Partner to work an initial 3 month contract for a large financial services based in Nottingham. The contract is likely to be renewed until the end of October.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- To direct designated business internal communication activities
- To understand developing business issues and translate the strategy into an engaging communication strategy
- Advise on, and develop, key communication themes and messaging whilst ensuring they link to the overall UK&I regional and global key themes
- Ensuring that brand values and visual identity are incorporated into communication deliverables
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of communications (outcome-, rather than metric-focused)
- Contributing to the development of a strong collaborative culture within the Communications function, which positions Experian UK&I as the best place to work for communication specialists.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Gravitas and an excellent communicator at all levels
- Strategic approach with a focus on the 'bigger picture' - taking separate projects and developing a narrative that connects them.
- Excellent writing skills and demonstrated knowledge of best practice channel strategy
- Strong Project Management, organisation and co-ordination skills
- Strong planning, budgeting and strategy formulation experience
- Sound industry and regulatory understanding
- Ability to operate effectively in a "virtual" team working environment
- Relevant experience across a range of communications disciplines in a complex Matrix structure organisation.
- Preferably educated to degree standard or equivalent
