Business Development Communications Business Partner - 12 months -Warwick - Utilities

On behalf of my utilities client based in Warwick I am looking to recruit a Business Development Communications Business Partner for a period of 12 months.

Job purpose:
Your role would be to provide strategic and tactical external and internal communication advice, support and resources to support the Business Development team and JV partners in delivering their objectives and key messages.

Experience required:

* Extensive business communication management experience focusing on employee communication, strategy deployment and change management
* In-depth, demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of the internal and external communication mix, including research and measurement
Design and develop communications strategy and plan for Business Development
* Understand Business Development strategic planning and design and build communication interventions to support the plan
* Relationship management working closely with the Senior leadership team within Business Development and Corporate Affairs.
Understanding the impact of the communications and advise Senior Managers of any further engagement required.
Events Management and design and facilitation of leadership conferences
* Project management background
* Budget management
* Experience of dealing with people at all levels of an organisation, including directors, key stakeholders and external opinion formers
* Copy-writing and editing, for business communication
* Ability to provide guidance on the type of messages to communicate that provide clarity and have the required impact.
