COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING OFFICER

Our major transport client are currently recruiting for a Communication and Training Officer on a contract basis for 3 months in Milton Keynes.

This role will consist of supporting a change initiative developing material for colleagues and stakeholders, in addition to supporting training material and training delivery.

Tasks will include the following:

- Prepare and edit content for marketing and internal communications
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to produce material to time and budget.
- Develop a training delivery timetable
- Identify attendees for training.
- Allocate individuals to training courses
- Develop communications for training
- Support the development of training materials
- Collate training feedback
- Report weekly progress.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Administration experience dealing with large programmes or work and data
- Some Project Management experience
- Experience of managing delivery of training
- Purchasing experience
- Delivery of corporate communications.
