On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic and pro-active Communications and organisational change management specialist for a contract position in Basel.

COMMUNICATIONS AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)

For this role we are looking for someone with the following:

University degree in Communication Management preferred

5 years of relevant experience in multinational company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects

Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci

Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills

Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker);

Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite

Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) preferred
