Communications and Organisational Change Management Specialist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support Global OCM Lead in managing company-wide change to new ways of working with a focus on creating and implementing change communications
-Work with OCM Lead to design global communication guidelines and standards
-Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl. content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
-Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events
-Prepare and facilitate workshops

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in communications management with relevant experience in a multinational company within an IT environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite, especially Google Drive
-Experience in giving trainings
-SharePoint knowledge is of advantage
