Communications and Organisational Change Management Specialist

Harvey Nash is looking for a Communications and Organisational Change Management Specialist for a 3 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to support the Global OCM Lead in managing the company-wide change to new ways of working, with a focus on creating and implementing change communications. The program itself is to support the transition of users to different platforms. It is a global project and the candidate will therefore have to have international experience since he/she will be in contact with all departments within the client and will work on designing, changing and managing new ways of working.

You are responsible for

. Working with OCM lead to design global communication guidelines and standards
. Creating and managing global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
. Developing and managing online and social media channels, incl. content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
. Assisting in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events
. Preparing and facilitating OCM workshops

Requirements

. University degree in communications management preferred; 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company within an IT environment
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Track record of managing successful projects
. Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
. Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
. Excellent English language skills (ideally English fluent/native speaker); German a plus
. Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google suite
. A good understanding of the Google suite, especially Google Drive
. Experience with Sharepoint
. Experience in giving Trainings
. This position will require travelling (30-40%)
