IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Design, adjust and implement organizational change management (OCM) and communication plans
-Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
-Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
-Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
-Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure success of project
-Assess change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Support training efforts

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in Change Management of Roll-Out projects
-Experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
-Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
-Experience in working in IT project implementation projects
-Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
