For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Communications and Organisational Change Management Coordinator - IT process rollout

About the project:

The Corporate Identity Management (CIDM) project is responsible for implementing the new in-house Identity & Access Management platform (IAM) globally. This global role will play a key part in helping to embed this important change in Lifecyle management of SAP Accounts and Permissions and ensuring a successful roll-out for the platform.

About the role:

The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program Lead within the IAM area. The job holder will support the OCM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the CIDM for SAP project meet its objectives on time and to budget by increasing the adoption and usage of the new platform by business, end users and support teams. The focus will be on stakeholder analysis and management, designing Change Strategy, OCM Plan, Communications Strategy and Plan and creating, delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of change communications. The job holder will be expected to use various communication channels and will also identify and support the creation of training materials. The OCM Coordinator will also provide direct support and coaching to various stakeholders as they move through the transition to the new platform. The change coordinator will also support project teams with integrating the change management activities into their project plans.

MAIN TASKS:

- Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the project
- Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Support training efforts
- Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks (mainly Madrid, potentially also US)

Qualifications:

- 5 years' experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - minimum of 5 years' experience
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience of working in IT implementation projects
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
- Social Media experience
