IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Design and support the implementation of the communication strategy
-Collect information on and analyze pain points to derive actions
-Follow-up with technical teams on agreed actions and drive implementation forward
-Create appealing presentations, web content and communication messages (newsletter, mailings, content) both in German and English
-Provide creative input to communication messages and be self-driven on execution tasks
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Excellent Communication Skills (online and offline)
-Ability to address Stakeholders on different levels (e.g. top management, back office)
-Good Understanding of End user Services (Hardware, Outlook, Network, End user support)
