Communications and Change Consultant

COMMUNICATIONS AND CHANGE CONSULTANT

Maxegan are under instruction from our Global Client, who are currently searching for COMMUNICATIONS AND CHANGE CONSULTANT to join their project in Brussels for an initial 3 month contract.

The responsibilities for this COMMUNICATIONS AND CHANGE CONSULTANT position includes:

- Working on a Pan-European transformation and change project
- Operating at a senior level but less on the strategy side
- "rolling up your sleeves" and being hands on with the project
- Hands on role, working directly with Supers Users and Users
- Create the plants and communications with the Super Users
- Identify and Drive the communications
- Engage the leadership and users
- Deliver presentations
- Provide assistance with Organisational Change Management
- Come in and hit the ground running
- 5 days per week on site
- European Travel between Brussels, Paris, UK, and the rest of the Benelux region

The Primary skills, knowledge and experience for this COMMUNICATIONS AND CHANGE CONSULTANT position includes:

- Experienced Communications consultant with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience
- OCM experience as a secondary focus to the role
- Not someone to create strategy must be hands on, rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in
- Evidence of developing and delivering a communications plan to high standards and to a range of audiences across role levels and geographies
- Any Project Management certifications would be beneficial (ITIL, Prince2, PMP etc)
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally someone with SAP Finance and Supply Chain knowledge
- Experience of Communications within SAP Projects and Programmes would be beneficial
- Someone with perseverance, patience and a high level of persistence
- Fluent English and French Language skills with Dutch also being a bonus
