Communications Analyst - Multi Channel

We are currently recruiting for a leading retailer who is going through a high profile transformation programme impacting the entire business. With this in mind they are now looking for a Communications Analyst to start right away and see this migration through to completion.

This Communications Analyst role is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 15 months, over that period this transformation will lay the foundational multichannel capabilities for future growth and digital innovation. Reporting to the Communications Manager this role will support the Communications Team in the delivery of the internal and external programme communications plans, as well as supporting activities to raise awareness of Multichannel across the wider business.

Developing and managing communication content for internal events/initiatives in line with corporate guidelines you'll utilising a range of channels to deliver communications effectively and in the most appropriate way to different audiences within the programme.

Leading the planning, co-ordination the implementation of regular communications you'll keep employees informed and engaged across roundtables, Intranet, internal announcements and newsletters. Reviewing trends and best practices across key competitors and digital leaders you'll drive best in class delivery ensuring all communications comply with brand tone of voice, and maintain brand standards for consistency.

Delivery focused and with an attention to detail you'll also have stakeholder management and relationship building experience and be ready to come in and hit the ground running.
