Communications Analyst - Financial Services - Edinburgh

COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - EDINBURGH

I have an urgent requirement for a Communications Analyst to join a major financial services company in Edinburgh.

KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES:

- Manage communication initiatives within the programme - developing communications plans and tactics that deliver the communications strategy. Ensure that these plans fit with the overall communications plan and that communications are delivered in a timely way which is clearly understood by target audiences.
- Plan, develop, edit and publish internal team and release communication tactics in line with plans - own end to end development process across multiple channels
- Work with subject matter experts to gather and write copy that is clear, simple and informative for different audience segments.

EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience of delivering employee communications within a transformational change programmes in a complex global corporate environment which is fast paced
- Experience of delivering internal communications activity across a range of media channels
- Understanding of Banking/Financial services highly desirable
- Ability to gather and write quality copy
- Communication or relevant business qualifications (eg business/marketing degree, CIM Diploma).
- Experience of establishing new channels is desirable.
