Communications Analyst

My client is a large government organization searching for a Communications Analyst to join their team. This an exciting career opportunity to gain or expand on experience within a large government organization. As there is a small amount of travel, a clean valid drivers license is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN Routing and Layer 2 and 3 Switching protocols, VoIP gateways and protocols.
- Experience in the management and maintenance of large Unified Communications Systems.
- Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Solutions covering Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express Service Monitor and other related subsystems would be highly regarded.
- Experience in operational activities related to communication network and cabling systems
- A clean, valid driver's license

- Excellent customer service orientation with ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
- Ability to work in a technical team
