Communications Advisor

Communications Advisor - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Rate

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Communications Advisor to join their site in Warwick as part of a large project of work within their Shared Service Function.

Job Purpose:- To provide comprehensive communications support to the Corporate Property Service Line and play an active role in the wider UK Shared Service communications team. This will include planning, managing, creating and delivery of key messages to National Grid employees around Corporate Property service changes and developments.

Key skills/Experience:

Communications experience in a corporate environment

Project exposure and management of communication works streams

Supporting employee change programmes, specifically in a communications capacity

Understanding of Corporate Property management would be advantage

Experience and/or understanding of managing content updates to infonet and sharepoint sites (desirable)

Support the operational property teams communicate changes to all client employees. Preparing and delivering clear, concise messages to ensure process/service changes are understood.

Own and manage content updates, in conjunction with the Corporate Property teams to the infonet system and external websites

Develop, and deliver communications for major changes that affect client employees, including upfront strategy, plan and materials that embrace multiple channels

Ensure all outputs produced are of high quality and aligned with client and UK Shared Services brand guidelines

Implement appropriate tools/mechanisms to measure employee feedback and campaign success

Work with key business stakeholders to understand upcoming change programme and support their employee engagement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide input into wider team strategies ie Shared Services Communications Strategy and channel strategies
