COMMUNICATION VOICE ENGINEER
A Communication Voice Engineer is urgently required for an ASAP start with a market leading client in Brussels, Belgium.
The Communication Voice Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- English mandatory, Fluent Dutch and/or French speakers strongly preferred
- Strong experience working on Genesys/Avaya products (for example Avaya Communications Manager)
- Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals eg Networking concepts, IP services
- Some understanding of VPN, LAN, WAN, WLAN and SIP technologies
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels across the business
- Skype for Business or Lync experience would be beneficial
The Communication Voice Engineer will:
- Manage and maintain the Telephony platform and all associated software
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support, incident resolution and problem management
- Support projects relating to Telephony and Network services
- Monitor and identify performance issues
- Provide training and support to end users
- Work on-call and out-of-hours when necessary
