Communication System - Functional Analyst

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform functional analyst in Communication and Collaboration system
- Define, analyze and document requirements (both functional and non-functional)
- Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development)
- Establish test scenarios, perform testing
- Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly
- Design user interface, functional configuration and usability of the system
- In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)
- Preparation of documentation for Key users
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Extensive experience in unified communication (UC² - telephone and videophone)Experience in development of virtual workplace (operating systems, VDI, browsers, WIFI/3G/4G ...)
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own developmentMust have interest in devices (desktop, mobile, ...)
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
Must be Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
