Communication Support Executive

A large retailer is looking for a Communications Support Executive for a 7 month contract role.

Job Role
To support the development and execution of communications for a Transformation Project:

*Through working with key stakeholders, SMEs and the wider team to develop communications.
*Ensuring communications are accurate, reviewed and signed off in line with the sign off process.
*Ensuring communications are researched, designed and distributed in line with the project plan.

Accountability

*Create communication material and manage the execution process to ensure the delivery of the communication is on budget and within the project plan time scales.
*Liaising with stakeholders within the area of release.
*Liaise with existing networks and developing, where required, internal communications contacts.
*Delivering regular release communications for the appropriate Partner populations through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages.
*Monitor results and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communication and the method in which they are distributed.
*Resolve release communication issues as they arise.
*Build and maintain excellent working relationships and encourage cross program team working.
*Understanding of project management disciplines supporting the senior comms Partners in delivery of week to week activities
*Work with the divisional communications teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
*Undertake ad hoc project work as required
*Report risks and issues to senior communications partner; be able to deliver a clear overview of release progress to stakeholders and internal team.
