Communication Support Change Manager

For our client in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior Change Manager/Communication Support Resources

Your responsibilities:

Deep-dive "Change Management" - Conduct a change readiness assessment for all user groups
- Conduct a change impact assessment across all user groups
- Establish a network of change owners in each location
- Develop and run the Change approach and plan for the program
- Develop change adoption tools, techniques and materials for all user groups working with local change owners per location (including training)
- Manage employee transition process working with local deployment teams to ensure consistent delivery
- Work with the Program streams and local Change owners to develop the deployment schedule per country to ensure successful adoption of the change
- From a change perspective implement the transition plan and approach to address the gaps in the operating model including coordination of the local resources

Deep-dive "Training" -Plan and manage the Workday training for Program users as part of overall training needs analysis (excluding associated logistics which will be with the Program Office)
- Plan and manage Workday training for business and HR users (as part of broader set of adoption tools with the help of Talent Development)

Deep-dive "Communications" - Develop and run a communications plan for the Program
- Develop key messages for the Program in line with Program phases
- Advise Program on appropriate communication methods and ensure consistency of overall messages delivered outside the Program
- Produce communication material for the Executive Advisory Board and other key stakeholders as required as part of the Change Management process (excluding updates to Program Decision Making Groups which are managed by the Program Office)

Deep-dive "Stakeholder Management" - Develop and run a stakeholder management approach and plan for the Program

As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
- 7-10 years proven change management experience
- Track record of managing and driving project implementation
- Excellent communications skills - ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Experience of working on an international scale
- Very structured/organized approach
- Assertiveness and perseverance
- Able to deliver against agreed objectives without losing concerned stakeholders
- Fluent English and German language knowledge
- Corporate communications and banking background
