Communication Specialists - Texas - Pharma - 12months

Enterprise Partners is currently looking for experienced Communication specialists to join the team at our customer in the Pharma Industry based in Fort Worth, Texas.

The client is currently looking for a Communication specialist with the following skills and experience:

- Planning and developing communications materials for an enterprise-wide technology implementation that includes one or more of the following functions: Finance, Commercial (sales, marketing, customer service), Procurement, Supply Chain
- Creating messages using varied communications media (web, email, print, presentations, etc.)

Abilities/Skills:

- Able to write effective communications for different audience types (executives, employees, customers, etc.)
- Able to create polished, professional communications using PowerPoint, MS Word, electronic media

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, create and facilitate review, approval and delivery of communications about IRIS to US audiences
- Own the US Site Communications Plan
- Develop templates and key messages
- Work with process teams, SMEs, project leadership, Global/Core CCCT team and others to obtain input and create communications
- Distribute or arrange for others to distribute communication
- Support other CCT workstreams with communications
- For example, materials for the Change Agent Network, invitations to training, etc.
