MY DUTIES:

-Develop PTA Global communications strategy and plan
-Develop people announcements
-Owner of the PTA Page: including PTA Newsfeed & PTA speakeasy
-Communicate on the PTA G+ Community: e.g. share success stories
-Improve the PTA grab and go deck to build awareness for customer satisfaction about PTA services
-Create and manage release dates for recurring publications, e.g. PTA Goals Quarterly Update
-Prepare for the Town Hall communication, e.g. created the PTA Town Hall Deck and prepare the PTA LT for the Q&A
-Develop and manage the change communication plan, act as a change agent
-Coordinate with necessary stakeholders on Senior Management level
-Write announcements with the key input from the LT members, explain the PTA strategy
-Consult leaders on their change communication

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-In-depth and profound experience in Corporate Communications
-Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
-Self-starter and a good, proactive team player
-Strong presentation skills and very good at creating visuals
-Excellent stakeholder management skills, moving within a global matrix organization
-Ability to meet deadlines and drive a project
-Demonstrated ability to inspire a change and increase employee engagement by using story-telling
