COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Start date: 15/4/17

Location: Basel
The Communications Manager, is responsible for the execution and management of the communications strategy and related high-quality communications deliverables, being a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Development of key internal communications deliverables such as key messages, Q&As, leadership communications and ad-hoc media materials
* Day-to-day contact for selected internal stakeholders and agency
* Management of the review and approval process for the different communications deliverables
* Project management, ensuring progression and tracking of tactical implementation
* In collaboration with the Communications Lead, develop and maintain the communication strategy to support the GDO business strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/MEASURES OF SUCCESS
* On time and high-quality communications materials delivered according to agreed plans and timelines
* Positive feedback from business partners and communications colleagues on quality, timeliness and relevance of communications materials
* Management of agency, when needed, to ensure adherence to agreed timelines
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pharma communications, change management communications is a plus
* Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
* Experience of working in large change organizations with multiple stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in appropriate field (Science-related, Communications, Journalism or equivalent)
