Communication Lead for running a communications programme within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Delivering the over-arching culture and communications strategy for the programme
- Drafting all key messages, FAQs, Management announcements, and presentations
- Working face to face with the management team and key members of staff to provide support for communications efforts in their individual areas
- Ensuring the communication delivery plan is complete and up-to-date, and for coordinating the preparation materials and delivery as defined in the plan
- Coordinating central web team to ensure all latest assets are available via the website
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL:
- Long-term experience of running a communications programme (planning and coordinating events, managing various delivery channels, etc.) in banking industry
- Solid know-how of preparing key communications materials (organization announcements, newsletters, presentations, briefing materials)
- Strong skills in relationship building as well as the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
