I am currently searching for a Communication Lead for a very challenging job in Den Haag, The Netherlands till at least the end of this year with extension.

You will be part of the project support team and we are looking for someone who has experience with:

Manage all internal communications

Conceptualize, plan and implement communications strategy

Build collaborative relationships with the PPM and S&TM leadership to identify business needs and communications objectives

Provide our community and stakeholders with relevant and easily accessible information on important activities, processes, changes, deadlines and performance - to improve capability and compliance

Establish, standardize and embed communications guidelines, processes and templates

Provide guidance and support for project communications with stakeholders and community

Ensure communication outputs are of a high standard, consistent, respond to the needs of the stakeholders, and are delivered within agreed timelines

Improve clarity, standardization and simplification of resources available via appropriate channels

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the Intranet site

Develop content, engage with input providers and publish a monthly newsletter

Organize and facilitate monthly Town Hall sessions and Knowledge Sharing sessions for global audience (150 PMs)

Collect input and issue staff, finance and other announcements as required

Collect, consolidate and circulate quarterly business performance reports

Create and maintain a calendar of various communication activities, including events and publications

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Communications, Public Relations

5+ years of professional communications experience, preferably in a PMO environment

Knowledge of PM methodologies

SharePoint, MS Office knowledge

Understand the broad range of tools, processes and practices of internal communications

Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and project initiatives
