For our client, a global company that provides a portfolio of IT services, software, and technology with a major project in the financial sector, we are currently hiring a Communication Consultant - Change Management.

Background:
This position supports change management activities for our clients OCM active projects. Reporting to the global OCM director, and working closely with the OCM team and identified support team (including Transition Regional Lead and Transformation Director) this role makes a significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and performance support requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives.

Task description:
- Design and develop communication and end user training deliverables based on change management strategy for organizational IT programs and/or general initiatives involving impact from current to target state
- Track effectiveness of executed communications and performance support deliverables through analysis utilizing a variety of survey methods
- Develop branding campaigns to support change strategies and communication goals for a variety of clients in commercial and public sector
- Define the key messaging and content, channels according to communication matrix and develops output in various formats including blog, newsletter, video, playbook, and social media
- Create layout using graphic design skills to promote and raise awareness of change initiatives impacting end users
- Access a variety of communication channels including automated push notifications, email HTML-based, social media, town halls, virtual forums, focus groups, and other means to support key messaging for targeted audience
- Apply standard communication editing style guides such as Chicago Manual of Style, AP Style and other standards to review all content before posting or distribution
- Develop materials based on thorough stakeholder, change impact and training needs analysis
- Collaborate closely with the project subject matter experts, global OCM director, and program team members, to ensure ongoing alignment with approach, timing, processes and project deliverables
- Integrate innovative approaches and continuous improvement ideas into all aspects of project deliverables

Skills:
- Degree in Business, Communication or other Communication-related field
- Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, concise communication and training materials
- Previous experience as primarily virtual team member on a large project
- Experience in organizational change management
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and O365
- Fluent written and spoken English
