Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a Communication Consultant

Responsible for:

Internal communication
Certain external communications tasks
Corporate Programs

Key responsibilities:

Is creating and driving evolution of the communication concept for Bern site in a systematic way, with a strong focus on managing all aspects of internal communications:
- set-up of an efficient model of local internal communication
- critical review of existing processes with improvement and set-up of new processes
- Identifies communication needs by working with the local Management board

Is handling communications projects (plan, develop and implementation) for Bern site
Is the primary contact to stakeholders and partners in-/outside the company for communications
Researches, writes and edits communications (Internet, Intranet, Announcements, Newsletter etc.) for Bern site.
Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on activities in Bern
Organizes and coordinates external and internal stakeholder visits
Supports/Leads local team with rebranding of our local organization
Implements local adaptations of international communication activities
