We are currently hiring a COMMUNICATIONS AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

PURPOSE/LOCATION:

As the new ways of working program driven by SimplyCore moves from planning to implementation, this global role will play a key part in embedding lots of changes across the company.

Reporting to Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead SimplyCore, the job holder will support the Global OCM Lead in managing the company-wide change to new ways of working, with a focus on creating and implementing change communications.
The program itself is to support the transition of users to different platforms. It is a global project and the candidate will therefore have to have international experience since he/she will be in contact with all departments within all the company and will work on designing, changing and managing new ways of working.

TASKS5 years of relevant experience in multinational company within an IT environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of managing successful projects
- Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills (ideally English native/fluent speaker); German a plus
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google suite
- Experience in giving Trainings

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience with Sharepoint
- A good understanding of the Google suite, especially Google Drive

OTHERS:

- This position will require travelling (30-40%), otherwise it will be based in Basel/Kaiseraugst
