Communication and Change Manager 80% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- At least 3+ years' experience working as a Communication and Change Manager with strong analytical and system design background
- Working experience in project management as well as solid writing skills for documentation requirements
- Capability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process as well as the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Revising and approving change and communication plans along with delivering communication and change activities for the programs in scope according to plan
- Developing and improving a clear, consistent and engaging communication strategy as well as executing the change and communication plan and managing stakeholders' expectations
- Supporting and guiding in all communication matters as well as assisting the team by program reporting
- Cooperating with content owners on content which provides straight-forward fact based and outcome oriented change and communication activities
- Managing and coordinating computer operations/service activities to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of the company's workload
