For our client in Basel, we are looking for a Communication and Change Manager (APM and GEMINI programs) for a 4 months contract.
Duration: 16.01.2017-28-04-2017 (possible extension for another 9 months)
Place: Basel
Workload: 80%
ROLE PURPOSE
- Take over the role of Communication and Change Manager from predecessor.
- Further develop and improve a clear, consistent and engaging communication strategy that enhance customer, stakeholder and program team member understanding, acceptance and support of the Application Technology Management program.
- Support the program management team in managing expectations of stakeholders and customers by working with the content owners on content which provides straight-forward, fact based and outcome oriented change and communication activities.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Revise and approve change & communication plan
- Deliver communication & change activities for the programs in scope according to plan
- Execute changetimely and non-overselling communication
- Assure alignment and sign-off with NBS IT Communications
- Provide support and guidance in all communication matters
- Support the team by program reporting
*Manages and coordinates computer operations/service activities to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organization's workload.
*Plans, develops and maintains policies and procedures for carrying out computer operations.
*Builds systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the corporation's needs and budget.
*Manage staff for optimum performance. attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken.
*Ability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process.
*Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
*Strong analytical and system design background.
*Project management experience and good writing skills for documentation requirements.
*Focused on processes and defining frameworks to structure IT-related activities and the interactions of IT technical personnel with business customers and users.
