Comms Manager

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - LONDON

My client, a leading retail bank, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Communications Manager to join them on a large and complex business transformation programme. The programme aims at delivering technical enhancements to a certain number of branches in order to sell banking products, and must be aligned with the business. Candidates must have a strong internal communications background within banking for this role.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Previous retail banking experience in internal communications
- Ability to work with a number of work streams simultaneously
- Author, design and word smith communications from these worksteams
- Organise the communications plan and maintain the change schedule
- Proven experience of designing a full communications programme internally.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Any experience with external communications desirable but not essential

Location: LONDON

Duration: 3 MONTHS INITIALLY
