3 Roles available as part of a new function within a leading power generation.

Reporting to the UK Sourcing Director

Indirect Spend such as

FM/Utilities

Temp Labour/Recruitment

Travel

Vehicle Leasing

Consumables

Transport/Haulage

Day to day role:

Looking after specific indirect commoditites each of the 3 roles shall be looking after different indirect commodities.

You shall be expected to unify agreements

NO buying however this role shall be purely sourcing

Reviewing competitor bids and presenting back to Sourcing Directors

Opportunityto Progress within the company

Potential of Flexi time 3 days a week.

You must be CIPs qualified or working towards CIPS qualification

Maximize the value of external indirect spend of categories of indirect goods and service

Ensure they are supplied to the expected level of quality.

Support the simplification of their procurement.

Contribute to the success of initiatives launched by Global/Country Indirect Sourcing organization and ensure the proper implementation of the global strategy on specific commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cost reduction and savings in accordance with Group Indirect Sourcing measurement rules
* Preferred Supplier coverage for the categories
* Reduction of the number of suppliers
* QCD supplier performance for the commodities
* Internal customers satisfaction
* Compliance of contracts with sustainable development and EHS Group rules
* Category strategy definition and implementation
* Achieve country objectives
* Supplier Management
* Negotiation
* Identifies project and business needs;
* Consolidates the needs from sites;
* When relevant, sets up a cross functional team to optimize the specifications and possibly standardize them;
* Defines commodity strategy;
* Implements commodity strategy;
* Presents frame agreements to sites and addresses issues to ensure their true deployment on the site;
* Negotiates and monitors Country Indirect sourcing contracts;

3 different sectors including:

FM, Construction and Utilities

Temp Labour, HR Services such as recruitment and training

Travel - vehicles (corporate deals with key clients)
