Commissioning Manager - Antwerpen
Amoria Bond are now working closely with a leading construction business in the Antwerp area. This experienced and well established contractor are looking to bring on a Commissioning Manager to support them in a peak in work load having recently won a number of high quality projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential sectors. The opportunity is to join the team on an initial 8 month contract basis to start immediately.
THE ROLE:
- As a Commissioning Manager you will have responsibility over the completion of works to cost and project targets whilst ensuring that commissioning meets specific technical and quality requirements.
- You will be managing all HVAC equipment installations.
- Planning and coordination of on and off site testing.
- Producing commissioning plan & strategy.
- Provide commissionability reports.
SKILLS:
- Proven track record in providing setting out strategies for commissioning from the pre-construction phase through to project completion.
- Commissioning Specialist Association grade 6 qualification
- Strong construction industry background.
- Client facing experience and strong communication skills.
