This Local Authority client is in the process of re-commissioning their mental health services alongside the CCG Community Health Service. We need someone who can scope their needs, think creatively and innovatively and who is able be able to assess value for money. The individual should be able to put be able to put together an outcome specification. You should be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with the Partners and have a sound strategic knowledge base. You should have experience of commissioning in mental health and also experience of working with arrange of partners around service specification and delivery. You will have to work to tight deadlines and present concise proposals to a range of Partners.
