Interim Role - Commissioning for Quality and Innovation Scheme (CQUINS) Manager - London

London based NHS Trust looking for a Programme Manager within CQUIN to start an interim role from Monday 3rd December for a period of 3 6 months

Daily rate is negotiable depending on experience

Telephone interviews Monday 19th November

Main duties
Undertake complex negotiations in order to influence commissioning decisions. Communicate information at all levels of the organisation including executive directors, senior managers and clinicians

Understand and translate the contractual requirements of the Trusts CQUINS goals; identify monitor and report risks related to delivery of the programme
To lead the performance management of the delivery of the CQUINS goals and targets. Ensure the implementation the relevant CQUIN framework, securing timely accurate validated information for analysis

Plan to develop, monitor, progress and report on the annual delivery plan which is broken down by goals (work stream) each quarter. Develop and proactively manage a trust wide CQUINS delivery plan. Prepare and present regular reports on the Trusts performance against its CQUINS goals and targets

Develop performance monitoring and information systems by working with the business intelligence unit. Will be required to manage the collective database for the various work streams.
