Commerical Manager-Renewables

I am currently looking for a commercial manager to join a Renewables company in the North East of England. The role will be responsible for ensuring the value assets are maximised over its lifetime and to manage all commmerical arrangements of the assets from project finance agreements to O&M contracts. I am looking for someone who will manage all key commercial stakeholders, whilst having the following skill set A Degree/Post Graduate in a numerate discipline. Manage new and existing PPA's and co-ordinate related activities with both external and internal stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills Good level of experience leading structuring and execution of commercial agreements, ie project finance and O&M agreements. Management Experience The role will be based in the North East of England.
