Commercial Trainer - Delivery needed for Volkswagen Centre - Milton Keynes

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We require a strong Commercial Trainer - Delivery to work in the Volkswagen Group on a 12 month FTC.

To provide a market leading, expert and passionate learning service to clients, delegates and colleagues on the Volkswagen Group Commercial Services delivery contract. To add value to the learning experience and support learners to achieve positive changes to their professional lives and performance. We are looking for strong Commercial Trainers with a passion for the automotive industry.

Someone who has done training in the automotive industry or has a keen interest in the industry with a strong training background would be ideal.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will be:

* Delivery of commercial training courses & interventions covering areas such as Leadership & Management, Product & Technology, Induction, Sales & Customer Service
* To deliver engaging, learner-focused training solutions aligned to TAP methodology. Specifically:
* Effectively outline learning outcomes, processes and personal benefits for each learning intervention
* Test the transfer of course/session objectives to each delegate using behaviour, standard and condition
* Brief exercises, observe and feed back to delegates throughout the course
* Follow the requirements of the activity, style and structure profiles within the TAP guidelines
* Facilitate delegate discussions and encourage discovery based learning through effective questioning techniques
* Deliver according to the trainer guide adapting accordingly to the learning needs of the group
* Utilise appropriate technology in the delivery of learning interventions, such as E-learning and webinars

Essential Skills

* Experience of delivering face to face interventions and other forms of learning and development solutions to an industry leading standard
* Experience delivering a wide variety of commercial training topics as specified in the job description
* Ability to engage groups of learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of exercises and discussion to embed learning
* Ability to translate interventions and content in a way that provides learners with the link to how application of learning will lead to performance improvement

Desirable:- * TAP Delivery Skills Accredited
* After Sales Training experience
