Commercial Solicitor

Our telecoms client is urgently seeking a Commercial Solicitor for an initial 6-month contract based in Reading. The Commercial Solicitor will have a mobile telecoms background and will be responsible for ensuring our client is compliant with various regulations and operates within the legal framework of legislation, including corporate finance, taxation, contract work (supply chain/employment law).

The Commercial Solicitor will also deal with business related disputes, progressing commercial goals and corporate strategy.

To be successful, you will have the following experience:

-Good working knowledge of specialised areas of law, such as competition, procurement and employment law.
-Standard terms and conditions of supply and purchase
-Supply of services and professional advisory contracts
-Supply agreements
-Joint ventures, co-operation and collaboration agreements, strategic partnerships
