Commercial Real Estate Analyst Job

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides consultation to businesses on a broad range of commercial and industrial real estate projects.
- Projects involve site selection, land planning, development and construction; lease negotiation and administration; dispositions and divestitures; and consolidation, renovation and expansion of existing facilities.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations to business management regarding real estate solutions to achieve specific goals and objectives
- Plans, oversees, manages, or directs activities related to site selection, due diligence (including environmental considerations), property acquisition and disposition, design and construction, and management of owned and leased properties from inception to completion
- Prepares RFP's and then qualifies, recommends and manages brokers and/or consultants
- Develops and manages marketing programs related to dispositions
- Prepares financial reports, budgets and analyses for comparison of real estate alternatives to determine optimum deal structure
- Leads and coordinates project direction among corporate professionals in real estate, legal, environmental, business, finance and third parties
- Negotiates and drafts various types of contracts, leases and other required legal documents
- Assists Real Estate Senior Consultants with large, complex commercial/industrial real estate projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate
- Experience negotiating and drafting various types of contracts, leases and other required legal documents
- Experience assisting with large Industrial/Real Estate projects
- Ability to manage conflict, to influence, and to negotiate
- Demonstrates organization and planning skills
- Effectively works with a diverse group of individuals
- Ability to lead and manage projects
