For our luxury goods client we are currently looking for a

Commercial Readiness Manager

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months (+extension possible)
Workload: 100%
Location: Canton Zurich

Main tasks:

- Coordination of the retail communication and promotion tools launch process
- SAP material number creation
- Order files creation for retail communication, promotion and training tools
- Order extraction from SAP, consolidation of final quantities for procurement
- Maintenance of communication tool lists
- Provide markets with tool order files and consolidating quantities.
- Key point of contact for inquiries related to tool order file and for SAP relevant information
- Training to markets on retail tool order processes, including SAP usage

Ideal candidate shall bring:

- 3+ years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a retail marketing or operations role
- Advanced SAP and Excel skills
- University education
- Good communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Very good planning & organizational skills,
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English
