COMMERCIAL PROPOSITIONS SPECIALIST - CONTRACT - WARWICKSHIRE

A corporate player within the Financial Services market is looking to recruit a General Insurance/Commercial Propositions Specialist for a 6 month contract. They offer an honest and supportive working environment with an attractive package, including a day rate of up to £400.

The successful candidate will have the pleasure of working within an exciting, fast-paced office in the heart of Warwickshire which offers its employees a professional workplace with traditional values, as well as first class facilities such as: fantastic offices, onsite parking, indoor swimming pool and games pavilion onsite along with many other social aspects including a sports bar.

Based within the Marketing department, you will be responsible for:

* Keeping track of current relevant sectors to identify changing customer need and recommend changes to products to meet these need.
* Agree proposition plans for each relevant area.
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver agreed propositions and service development projects.
* Offer advice and guidance to colleagues in order to enhance their understanding of products and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in working with either SMEs or commercial products. Experience in life protection products, general insurance commercial Lines, or High Net worth & personal lines is preferred but not essential for the interim role, candidates from retail banking will be considered. It is essential for you to demonstrate experience of project life cycle and delivery of projects.
