LOCATION:LONDON, NEWCASTLE OR LEEDS
CONTRACT: 3 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of public sector procurement experience, including EU regulations, and contract experience - working with suppliers as partners in a collaborative and progressive way - good communication, negotiation & stakeholder engagement skills (both internal and external)
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: GOOD ANALYTICAL SKILLS - Recognised qualification (MICPS, CIPS) - E-procurement (Emptorius is the current software being used)
