Commercial Officer

Commercial Officer; London; 6 months; £260/day

My client a well known public sector organisation is looking to recruit a Commercial Officer in London for 6 months. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the procurement process for the franchise competition with particular emphasis on the timely provision to bidders of information and responses to clarification questions. The Commercial Officer will report to the Commercial Lead.

The project milestones are as follows:
-Publish OJEU
-Issue ITT
-Contract Award
-Franchise Start

This assignment is to deliver the Commercial Cases for both projects and to contribute to the overall team effort in delivering the franchises by the published dates. This post will provide interim support to the Franchise project leading on the development of the Commercial Cases for the Strategic Outline Business Cases and Outline Business Cases.

Key deliverables
*A fully populated data site, delivered on time that meets the expectations of bidders
*A CQ and ECQ process managed in a way that meets the deadlines for responses that the Department sets itself.
* Assist with delivery of commercial and other documents as required
