I am currently recruiting for a brilliant role with a FTSE 100 Client based in Wiltshire on a temporary/ contract basis.

As a Commercial Marketing Manager you will have strong product or brand management experience coupled with strong knowledge of traditional and digital media. Able to confidently lead and manage teams across various marketing functions whilst reviewing, planning, creating and being able to deliver. As you will be managing a team you will need to be engaging, energetic and positive, with high motivational and influencing skills.

This role will take ownership for providing effective cross-functional and cross-marketing leadership and co-ordination for assigned products and projects. You will be looking at all commercial aspects of the products.

- Lead and inspire teams to deliver initiatives that will increase category/ product performance.
- Provide end to end ownership of campaigns
- Understand and apply competitor analysis to projects
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global communications strategy
- Maximise the sales potential and profitability of existing products
