Duties:
- Lead on contractual negotiations and variations
- Managing day to day commercial issues
- Providing commercial support to wider department programmes
- Ensure that the TOCs deliver the outcomes as per their contractual obligations
Required experience:
- Strong supplier relationship management skills
- Strong commercial experience
- Ideally experience managing relationships with a TOC/franchise or experience managing the relationship on behalf of the TOC
- Strong negotiation experience
