Commercial Manager-SC Security Cleared-London

Commercial Manager, CIPS, SC Security Cleared required by our government, public sector client based in London. Due to the urgency of the contract current SC or DV Security Clearance required.

Expertise and experience of complex acquisition and ideally, merger and acquisisitions.

The successful candidate will be an experienced IT professional with a background in working with multiple out sourced vendors. Operates comfortably at senior levels in a variety of situations. Experience of working in a complex multisource sourcing programme with a matrixed delivery model

Working on an asset sale programme,you will be involved in any of the following; preparation of commercial strategies, informal market engagement, management of the formal sale process, development of contractual documentation, support to bid evaluation, participation in negotiations and management of intellectual property and export control issues. The individual may be required to participate in governance processes and support internal approval and assurance processes.

You will be responsible for delivering an assessment of the current commercial landscape and design an approach to enable actions to resolve to ensure the right outcome for the organisation.
