Commercial Manager (P&L, Financial Management, Bank)

Our banking client based in London is currently looking for two experienced Commercial Managers to support the Head of Commercial in the development and delivery of their vision with focus on robust business case development and ensuring their business approach and strategy is commercially sound.

Experience
- Extensive experience of Commercial and Financial management including P&L management and business case production.
- Demonstrates and can influence others on the key drivers of the financials and which drivers to track to deliver the learnings from pilots and rollouts and to feed into the P&L
- Excellent internal and external experience in senior stakeholder/supplier and customer relationship management
- Relevant experience in a major retail financial services organisation
- Business case development experience in Financial Services
- Strong financial and commercial management skills with the ability to translate this into action
- Very strong planning, organising and delivery skills.
- Works effectively under high pressure and very tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong financial and business management skills with the ability to manage supplier/stakeholders effectively in a Matrix environment.
- Extensive knowledge of market trends and key financial drivers of FS P&L management Excellent knowledge of Commerce and Finance including Profit and Loss Accounting and Value Based Management
