COMMERCIAL MANAGER FOR A MAJOR PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATION BASED IN THE WEST MIDLANDS. The individual will act as head of Commissioning and Contract Management and will take responsibility to contract manage all procurement contracts that the Client has in place. The role will require you to identify ways to build the capacity of the commissioning and contract management team aswell as manage the implementation of changes to develop and embed account and bid management.
